Buckley 5-Miler

If you are interested in volunteering to help with the Buckley 5-Miler, please send me an email at abatastini@tricreek.k12.in.us. When you email, please also send your t-shirt size. All sizes are adult. The race is on July 21st. It will be an early morning. I'll give you more details when I receive them. Don't forget that there is a meeting on July 10th @9 AM, at the high school. The meeting will take place in the little theater.

Candles are Here!

Candles can be picked up during school hours on Monday, May 21. There is an evening pick-up on Tuesday, May 22, from 5:30 - 7:00. If these times will not work for you, please contact me to arrange a pick-up time. I don't suggest members take the candles home with them on the bus. They tend to be heavy and are made of glass. Please double check your order before you leave. We cannot be responsible for the candles once they leave the school. Thank you for your support and all of your hard work!

Reminders

Anyone interested in working a concession date needs to let me know asap! You can use it for an individual service project.

Don't forget to sell, sell, sell your candles!!!!

Order forms will be ready next week for polos and t-shirts. Listen to announcements for when to pick them up.

Next meeting is May 8th from 3 - 3:30.

Candle order forms and money are due to me by May 1st! Candles will most likely be delivered the next week. Keep checking for the pick-up date.

Krispy Kreme Fundraiser!

Don't forget to turn in your fundraiser money to me tomorrow. Donut pick-up will be on Monday, November 28th. You can take them home after school or have a parent pick them up throughout the day. Any questions, please contact me.

Dec. 9th Dance

I am in need of parent chaperones for the December 9th dance. It will be from 6 - 7:30. Any interested parents, please email me asap. I will have to get a background check done before I can confirm you as a chaperone.

Monday, November 7th's All Member Meeting

Our Krispy Kreme fundraiser has started! If you did not get your fundraising forms, please see Mrs. Batastini ASAP!!! Fundraiser ends November 18th.

I am still in need of help for the parent teacher conferences on Thursday and Friday. If you would like to help, please see me ASAP. It will count as an individual service project.

There are a few spots open to work the Lake Prairie Craft Fair. Please see me if you are interested. This also counts towards an individual service project.

Concessions has started! If you would like to work concessions, please see me. Dates are on your agenda. You would need to be here by 4:30. Concessions usually end around 7:30. If you work a date that is not underlined on your agenda, it will count as an individual service project.
